Come shape the future of Structural Engineering at a weekend long hackathon in Lehmonkärki, Asikkala, Finland. We want thirty of the most inspired and passionate future talents locked down for a weekend of all-inclusive innovation.
You bring your ideas, we’ll handle the transport, food, lodging and mentoring.
The hackathon starts on the 4th of May and ends on the 6th. On the last day, you will be pitching your innovation to our executive board, and have a chance to land a job at SWECO, bringing your idea to life.
When I think about innovation today, I see a person who takes bits of information from all kinds of sources and creates something new.
Everybody hungers for the opportunity to be creative. Even in a career as traditionally conservative as engineering, you can still be a creator. Use the science of engineering as a paintbrush.
Understanding humans is crucial when solving real world issues and providing excellent customer service. This needs empathy, co-creation and prototyping.
